As we expand into Europe, a number of new opportunities will be opening in Madrid from Autumn 2026.

We’re looking for experienced, passionate professionals to help build the next chapter of our journey: ThinkEurope.

As we prepare to launch our Madrid hub, we’re inviting expressions of interest from talented people who may be interested in joining our growing team across a range of areas, including:

• Partnerships & Business Development
• Programme Operations
• Student Mobility & Erasmus+
• Programme Coordination
• Programme Leadership
• Student Support & Delivery
• Education & Institutional Partnerships

We’re particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in international education, student mobility, Erasmus+, partnerships, programme development or operational delivery.

While our initial focus is Madrid, we’re also keen to connect with professionals across Spain who may be interested in future opportunities as ThinkEurope develops.

• Do you have the right to live and work in Spain?
• Are you fluent in both English and Spanish?
• Do you have experience building and managing partnerships?
• Have you worked in international education, student mobility or Erasmus+?
• Are you confident engaging with schools, colleges, universities and local organisations?
• Do you enjoy creating opportunities and delivering meaningful international experiences?

We’re looking for motivated people who want to help shape ThinkEurope-Madrid from the beginning and support the delivery of high-quality international programmes for students from across the UK and Europe.

At this stage, we’re inviting expressions of interest rather than recruiting for one specific position. This allows us to learn more about your experience, interests and the type of role you may be suited to as our Madrid and wider team across Spain develops.
