Welcome to Think Pacific
Deeply rooted in Fiji and Bali.
What makes Think Pacific truly unique is its depth of knowledge, local expertise, partnerships and long-term approach to creating projects that are mutually beneficial for students and communities. We do not believe in spreading ourselves thinly across lots of different destinations. We strive to respect local cultures, honour traditions, and learn with humility and curiosity without imposing our views.
We are immensely proud that our success has been built on deep and meaningful relationships, crafting projects that are locally led and have a sustainable impact.
After 15 years of working solely in the Fiji Islands, we recently expanded our reach to Bali. We aim to continue to be a small and personable organisation that works in direct partnership with government ministries, industry leaders and NGOs across the Asia-Pacific region.
We are truly dedicated to facilitating projects that give students the incredible opportunity to enhance their employability and global perspectives, whilst being immersed in cultures as warm and exciting as the countries themselves.

As a registered charity in Fiji and an Indonesian social enterprise, we invest in locally-led initiatives and the capacity building of local people. Our sustainability measures include using only local suppliers, investing in our local staff team, providing local job creation and training; adding capacity to local organisations and expanding the professional skills and global understanding of students and youths in rural communities. Through our Foundation, we support local charities and community groups in our network with resources, donations and support. Areas we support include public health promotion, mental health services, youth training and education, community cyclone preparedness, environmental protection and enterprise creation.
