Testimonials & Reviews
We’ll be the first to admit that a Think Pacific project is not for everyone.
You’ll need to challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone, embrace a new culture and throw yourself into our project aims and daily life in your newfound community. For these reasons, it’s important we set your expectations fully, get to know you and find out what passion and enthusiasm you’ll bring to your project.
With this in mind, we know how important can be to hear what previous participants and our partners have to say about their experiences and what they think makes TP so special!
Speak to a Think Pacific Ambassador
Think Pacific has a large alumni and ambassador community across the world. If you’re considering joining one of our programs, there’s often nothing better than speaking to someone who has been there and done it before you.
Should you wish would to speak with a TP ambassador, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a little but of information about yourself, which project you are most interested in and we would be delighted to put you in contact with our alumni.

We believe partnerships are the most effective means of working in a unified and genuinely effective way towards shared goals; they are the reason Think Pacific is structured in the way we are and ultimately it is our partnerships that dictate the purpose we serve! For our projects on the ground, this includes local, regional and national Governments, businesses, charities, communities and families.
Our participants have the opportunity to work on behalf of our inspiring partners and are made to feel a part of the communities they support, finding a home away from home on the other side of the world.
“I’m very grateful for Think Pacific, you’ve contributed immensely to our people in terms of health services and I just wanted to say a big vinaka vaka levu (thank you) from the bottom of my heart” Hon. Lynda Tabuya, Minister for Women, Children & Poverty Alleviation in Fiji
Since 2009, Think Pacific has built a reputation as an expert provider of outbound global mobility for the international education sector, creating close working relationships with universities, colleges and schools to support students to achieve specific work experience and employability outcomes. Without our fantastic partners offering our opportunities to their students, our desired impact simply wouldn’t be possible.
Recently, we were incredibly honoured to receive the award of ‘study abroad and global exchange programme of the year’, voted by professionals at higher education institutions across the world via the 2023 PIEoneer Awards. Below are some comments from universities that we work alongside and interviews too:
“I’ve recently received in excess of fifteen case studies and pictures from our students – every single one has said the programme was an amazing experience” Lucy Williams, Study Abroad Manager, Swansea University.
“Think Pacific are a formally registered third party provider under Western Sydney University Go Global Office for their virtual and mobility programmes. I would encourage any university staff to discuss their programming needs with Think Pacific.” Steven McDonald, Manager, Learning Abroad Short Programs, Western Sydney University
It’s great when the whole family is involved in the excitement and build-up of our projects. Family members are often involved in fundraising or listen in on the UK online pre-departure briefings to be fully involved in the planning and preparation. Helping to support their children to get the most from their time away and in some cases, to leave home on a trip of this magnitude for the very first time!
If your child is contemplating or looking to join a Think Pacific project, then we are always delighted to answer any questions and put to bed any worries you may have, please contact the team directly at email@example.com.
