Think Pacific is a registered Fijian charity, UK & Balinese social enterprise, which works in partnership with Government Ministries, Universities and local organisations to support sustainable development, whilst allowing our participants to have safe, self-developing and rewarding experiences.
For over a decade we have utilized our unrivalled in-country staff teams, extensive networks and depth of local understanding to create programs that allow students and career breakers to experience the unique culture, customs and ways of life that make our island homes so special – whilst also gaining global experience, developing skills, boosting confidence and making a real contribution.

Since 2009, Think Pacific has built a reputation as an expert provider of global mobility for the higher education sector, creating close working relationships with Study Abroad and Careers Departments to guide students on projects to Fiji and now also, Bali.
Think Pacific supports FE/ VET Colleges to undertake fully funded global mobility projects to Bali and the Fiji islands with the support of the UK Government Turing Scheme.
Think Pacific works in collaboration with the University of the South Pacific (USP) as the preferred provider of their academic study tour opportunities, to offer truly unique student learning experiences in a region of extraordinary physical, social and economic diversity.

Our remote internships are completed online or remotely from your home. We connect interns with real-life projects supporting inspiring organisations in the Fiji islands. As well as providing insightful coaching to help participants contribute to global issues. Each year we give away 150 free scholarships for this programme!
