Gap Year & Graduate Scholarships
Think Pacific is delighted to introduce 300 x £500 scholarships for selected Fiji and Bali programmes taking place between the September 2024 and May 2025!
Our scholarship aims to increase participation in international volunteering and global internships to reduce costs for participants who choose to travel outside of peak tourism months, and ensure sustainability and year round impact for our initiatives on the ground in Fiji and Bali.
Whether you are taking a gap year, planning a placement year or a recent graduate, you can take advantage of this fantastic opportunity and expand your global experience.
Funding is available to all participants – on a first come basis only. 📣

- For gap year students, uni students, graduates or career breakers.

What if I’m already booked onto a project?
If you are already confirmed onto a Think Pacific project within the eligible project dates which are above, your £500 scholarship will be applied and deducted from you final balance. Please contact our team if you have any questions.
Can I combine my Think Pacific Scholarship with other funding sources?
Yes, you can combine this with any other source of external funding.
Why is this scholarship available?
Our scholarship aims to increase participation in global internships and volunteering by reducing costs for participants who choose to travel outside of peak tourism months. During these periods of the year, the scholarship will ensure sustainability and year round impact for our initiatives on the ground in Fiji and Bali. A reduction viable for Think Pacific due to off-peak reductions in suppliers costs (accommodation, transport etc) and decreased amounts of season staffing costs.
How many scholarships are available?
There are up to 300 scholarships available across the available project dates on a first come first serve basis – following a successful application call with a member of our team.
How do I receive the £500 scholarship?
This will simply be deducted from your project fees prior to taking part in the project.
Can I book projects beyond 2025?
Yes, we will be launching those dates soon. If you have any questions about projects that are eligible, please contact our team.
Which dates is the £500 scholarship applicable for?
Please see the list of eligible project dates above. Please note, it is not applicable for any project that are 16-days in length.
