Project Leader (Fiji)

Location: Fiji Islands (Rural Communities)

Projects You’ll Lead:  Roles available to lead 2 x projects in themes of Youth Empowerment, Sports Development, Community Building or Mental Health)

Open to: International Applicants

Compensation: Living expenses and flights covered.

Contract: Approximately 10 weeks during May – August 2024

The Brief: Project Leaders guide our community projects, providing 24/hour guidence and pastoral care to volunteers and ensuring the aims and objectives are met.  Natural leaders, with a passion for sustianable development and epic empathy skills wanted.

Project Leader (Bali)

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Projects You’ll Lead:  Roles available to lead Mental Health Placements or Global Team Internship

Open to: International Applicants

Compensation: Living expenses and flights covered.

Contract: Approx 4 months May – September 2024

The Brief: You will support management in the running of our placements in Bali (either Mental Health Placements or Global Team Internships) and and provide daily supervision to volunteers. Ideal for people with a passion for Business or experience of working in mental health settings. You’ll need to have bags of enthusiasm and empathy as the roles are pastoral in nature.

Project Coordinator (Mental Health - Bali)

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Projects You’ll Coordinate:  Mental Health Placements

Contract: Approx 4 months from 5th May 2024

The Brief: Project Coordinators support management in the running of our mental health specific placements in Bali. Excellent communication skills, logistical masterminds and experience of coordinating teams or previous leadership experience required.

Project Coordinator (Global Team Internship Bali)

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Projects You’ll Coordinate:  Global Team Internships working with Business, Enterprise & NGOs

Open to: International Applicants

Compensation: Living expenses, flights covered & Additional stipend

Contract: Approx 4 months from 5th May 2024

The Brief: Project Coordinators support management in the running of our Global team internship in Bali, leading workshops and briefings, supporting leaders and providing pastoral care to volunteers. Excellent communication skills, logistical masterminds and experience of coordinating teams or previous leadership experience required.

For those with 5+ years’ relevant work experience and 2+ years managing people, projects and teams.

Mental Health Placement Manager (Bali, Indonesia)

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Role: Oversight and management of the Mental Health Placements.

Open to: International Applicants

Compensation: Competitive salary, visa, insurance and flights covered.

Contract: Minimum 10 months from Feb 2024 – December 2024
